Dr. Sue Chand is the Founder and CEO of Plaza Dental Suite and has been providing exceptional dental care for over 25 years. Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, she graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree before beginning her career in general dentistry. She practiced as an associate in Vancouver, the United States, and has proudly called Edmonton home for the past 15 years.
Throughout her career, Dr. Chand remained focused on providing compassionate, high quality care while raising her family. Although she spent her career as an associate, she always envisioned creating a practice that reflected her own values of clinical excellence, integrity, and genuine patient care. That vision became Plaza Dental Suite.
Plaza Dental Suite was founded to provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages in an environment where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and cared for. Dr. Chand believes that exceptional dentistry should be accessible to everyone, which is why the practice proudly follows the Alberta Dental Fee Guide while delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations.
As a strong believer in supporting the community, Dr. Chand is committed to partnering with local Windermere businesses by welcoming new patients with thoughtfully selected gift bags featuring gift certificates from neighbouring businesses. She is especially passionate about caring for local families and believes children experiencing dental emergencies deserve immediate attention. Whenever possible, children from neighbourhood schools will be seen the same day, with emergency examinations and any required X rays provided at no cost.

Through Uber Health, complimentary transportation will be available for eligible seniors and patients with disabilities, helping remove barriers to receiving dental care.
